Join us for a fun event combining yoga (beginners welcome) and crafting to celebrate the beginning of spring!

We once again bring the practice of 108 Sun Salutations to the studio to acknowledge the passing of winter and welcome the beginning of spring!
This is an intense yoga practice, but beginners are WELCOME! A Sun Salutation involves a short sequence of movements that will be fully instructed.
Following our yoga practice of 108 will be complimentary drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and flower crown crafting.
All crafting supplies provided, food, and drinks provided, but feel free to add anything special you'd like to incorporate into your flower crown.
