Sushi Chef Peggy Hou was born in Taiwan and moved to the United States in 1978. She has been in the restaurant business ever since.
In 1987 Peggy introduced Hunan style (spicy) Chinese food to St.Louis.
Peggy is friendly and people Oriented. She has created a warm atmosphere at the Chinese Noodle Cafe.
She takes great pride in preparing quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients, and also has included vegetarian dishes to provide for the growing number of vegetarian diners.
