An Epic 5-Course Dinner Of Whiskey & Wagyu

Event Details

The very FIRST Standard Meat Club sponsored dinner is set to take place at Pan D'Olive on Friday, August 5th at 6:30pm. "Whiskey & Wagyu" will be a 5-course meal featuring some of Standard Meat Club's most popular Japanese A5 and Australian Wagyu, paired with some very special and rare whiskey's.

Course 1: Australian Wagyu Arancini Balls with risotto, gorgonzola, topped with house marinara sauce.

Whiskey: Ezra Cask Strength Single Barrel Pick Old Fashioned

Course 2: Spinach salad with candied walnuts, cranberries, oranges, gorgonzola, sherry vinaigrette.

Whiskey: Nashville Barrel Company Bourbon Summer Smash

Course 3: Japanese A5 Kagoshima NY Strip, crostini topped garlic aioli, drizzle of balsamic reduction.

Whiskey: Yellowstone Cask Strength Single Barrel Pick Manhattan

Course 4: Australian Wagyu Pure-Bred Aussie Denver Strip over Mushroom Risotto

Whiskey: Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year (1oz)

Course 5: Hazelnut Tiramisu with homemade mascarpone cream

The event is $160 per person.

This ticket is the deposit for the event to reserve your seat, the remaining balance will be due the night of at the restaurant.
