2- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE EMPLOYED AT THEIR CURRENT POSITION FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR OR BE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE SAME LINE OF WORK.

3- ONE (1) APPLICANT(S) GROSS MONTHLY INCOME MUST EXCEED THREE (3) TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. TWO OR MORE APPLICANTS COMBINED
