When the owners of Hacienda Mexican Restaurant were searching for a name for their new restaurant, they looked to their father's Mexican roots — a country steeped in Aztec history, and chose the word "mayana" from the Aztec language, which means "to be hungry". Open in spring 2016, Mayana Mexican Kitchen offers a fast-casual lunch option that doesn't shy away from serious flavor. Starting with quality ingredients and house-made tortillas, Mayana Mexican Kitchen offers classic Mexican options like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, made to order with meat or vegetarian filling and your choice of toppings.
