I know that as a parent, the most difficult and important decision you must make, is choosing the person who will care for your child when you are away at work. I invite parents interested in my daycare to come see where their children would be cared for and spend their time each day. I believe in having an informal interview process with the parents and child present, so that we can learn as much as we can about each other before deciding whether it would be a good fit for your child. At The Learning Zone Center, we begin with the development of relationships among the parents, children and teachers, focusing on warm and mutually helpful interactions. Parent involvement is a valued part of a child's school experience. Parents are encouraged to visit the Center at any time, share observations, and bring ideas to staff members. A variety of opportunities are available for parents to participate in the program including family events, parent teacher association, volunteering in the classroom, assisting on field trips etc. We are governed by a state certified and multi-talented educator with over 10 years of experience. We are committed to providing children with the tools necessary to be successful in life, academically and socially. We have an early learning program which includes pre-kindergarten and kindergarten readiness. We have full-time openings for kids 2 to 6, before and afterschool. If you register by 1 Mar 2011 the registration fee will be waived.
