Atlas Restaurant is locally owned, proprietors Michael Roberts and Jean Donnelly bringing a combined 50 years of culinary and hospitality experience to their own restaurant. San Francisco-trained, Chef Michael Roberts changes the menu with the seasons, blending the best ingredients and available local produce with a deft hand to both maintain quality and to create an ever-changing dining experience. The culinary staff is more than happy to adapt the menu to accommodate those with special dietary needs and children.
